Well, as it's said, I won't truly know the results of the roof installation until 20 years from now. However, I can speak to the service that was provided to us from Rebel on our new roof. Our roof was 20 years old, not venting correctly, and needing a brand new roof. The insurance told us we were basically on our own, but when I received a quote from Rebel, I knew they were going to be competitive. I didn't feel like I was having a meeting with a salesman trying to give me a raw deal, instead Joe and Shaun talked to me and made me feel like I was asking two old buddies to help me with a problem. They quoted competitively and offered not only what I thought of to be quality products, but any further add-ons I wanted. My parents were in need of a new roof. We had got quotes from a couple companies. One was only going to do a patch job. The other a layover. The roof was too old and too much damage from wind. The other two companies never even responded to my message. Joe was very quick to respond. Very quick to make the drive to Twin Falls and keep me posted on everything was required and stayed in touch every step of the way. I’m my opinion, he went out of his way to help my elderly parents work with their insurance to help cover some of the costs as well as worked with me long distance to ensure I could get them a new roof. He took very good care of my parents on behalf of my brother and I who did not live in the area. I got to see the new roof a couple weeks ago and it was awesome!
