I was very impressed with their prompt service. I have a medical condition where the heat really effects me, so A/C is crucial for me. They were out the next day! John did a great job explaining what went wrong, quickly fixing it with replacement parts he already had in his truck, and he took care of the part warranty for me. Thank you John, you’re awesome!!
Doug was great. AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Called in an emergency call. Got back to me at midnight and came out and fixed all my problems. He was very pleasant for having had such a long day. Would recommend Western to other people definitely. Service: HVAC system repair
