Superior Water & Air

Liz came to our home to check out the water treatment she installed the day prior. I purchased it through Costco for whom Superior Water is a vendor. I had a lot of questions. She was able to answer them and teach me something as well. I appreciate the concern they show for their customers. Thank you Liz!!!

This is regarding RO/reverse osmosis install. Superior is skilled and good at what they do. However, you will pay roughly 300% more than what you could be paying for identical solutions. Even after initial install, you will pay 300% more ($120) for new filters every year if you use Superior. Not their fault by any means. Superior is an EcoWater franchisee. The consumer facing branch of EcoWater is EcoPure, a brand which you can readily find at Amazon or Home Depot. Superior’s EcoWater filters are $120 while EcoPure’s filters are only $40. They are identical except for one thing: the filters’ threads to make sure you are forced to keep going to Superior for the $120 filter, the only EcoWater vendor in the area. So if you are loaded and don’t care about a couple grand in the long run you’ll be happy with Superior they are nice, personable, and good at these installs. I’m not handy at all and installed a new system since it was the same price as their filter so if you are budget conscious

Installed a new gas hot water heater. Gary came out to replace a defective unit we purchased a day earlier. After he completed the installation, he noticed that water was running through the hot water line. He asked if any faucets were open in the house but there were none. He said "I'll go under the house and see if you have any leaks." He found the leak, took videos and repaired the leak. I would definitely recommend Superior Water and Air.
