I am very impressed with these guys. Turned my whole hvac system needed changed out and replaced and they did an excellent job. Absolutely the best service! The technician was so friendly and informative. Arrived earlier than expected on one of the hottest days of summer to fix my AC, and had it fixed in no time. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was with this company! I will no doubt use them for any future heating/cooling needs.

Great outcome. I called Capital City, A1, a couple of others as I went down the list… Not ONE of them had the availability to send anyone out in the next few days, let alone same day - the wait was at least 1-2 weeks+. (Though they did admonish me for not knowing the exact date I last changed my filter prior to telling me they had no availability… so that was fun…) Diamond was the exact opposite experience. The scheduling was easy, they showed up ahead of schedule, made the repair quickly, the service tech (Jeremy) was knowledgeable and professional and the repair was cost effective. We are back up and running on a Friday afternoon before a weekend of 100+ degree temperatures. Life saver. Highly recommend. Service: A/C system repair
