I am very impressed with these guys. Turned my whole hvac system needed changed out and replaced and they did an excellent job. Jared did a great job. He was professional, but also very personable. He got the immediate problem taken care of, and gave me a good "tour" of my system and what he was doing. Also gave solid info to consider as I look at possible future work to have done.
Our AC quit working during the hottest week of 2023. I called Diamond on a Monday afternoon and their technician, Al, was here the next day about 1pm. Great response time considering the high demand for their services right now. Al was knowledgeable, informative and thorough. Our experience with Diamond has always been top notch.
