Ben was our technician and he was excellent. He called me when he was on his way and showed up on time for a dryer vent cleaning. He took the time to show me where the vent obstruction was and showed me how to check for potential issues going forward. He did a thorough job and cleaned up everything after he was done. I've been 100% satisfied with every technician from Ted DuMont HVAC in the past, but Ben was especially informative and took the time to show me everything he was doing and how to monitor for any potential issues in the future.
