Access Heating & Air Conditioning

I contacted Access Heating and Air through an ad I saw on social media about an ac tuneup. They were very quick to respond and setup an appointment that fit my schedule. My technician was Andrew, he arrived on time and was very clear on what I was to expect. My system is old and was neglected by previous owners so I knew a tuneup would reveal some added problems. Andrew was very clear and thorough in explaining what he found and gave me multiple remedies to fix my system. Overall Access Heating and Air was a very professional and knowledgeable company, I would recommend their service to anyone looking for an ac or heating company.

I had an emergency outage last weekend-on the hottest day this summer (so far, at that point). I called and had Tyler come out on-call on a Sunday, and responsiveness was amazing! Within a minutes after arrival, he figured out the cause and fixed it! (My issue was a routine maintenance issue, not something major.) I am one happy customer!
