Access Heating & Air Conditioning

This group Access Heating and Air was great with their communication. Arrived on time with ample notice. It was a tune up service and evaluation. Tyler was the technician. Fantastic. This is important to note. Tyler is the same technician who came out in 2022 and found a faulty capacitor during his troubleshooting. He replaced it and my mom’s AC has been fantastic ever since. That capacitor was keeping my moms air conditioner from working properly and it was a hot summer. He noted that my moms system is 15 years old but that it should be good to work for a while… but he was honest and said to save up because as systems age they are prone to fail. The year before that in 2021 another technician from some guys driving pink trucks came out to look at this AC system when it was failed… and didn’t troubleshoot and said that my mom needed to replace her system fully at that time. He said it was just old and it was R22 and it needed to go. So she went an entire year without AC beca

My A/C was taking all day to reach my target temp. I called access heating and air, they were very helpful and responsive! My technician was Richard and I could have had a better tech. He did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue. He also clearly explained everything and gave me tips on the best preventative maintenance. There was no shady issues or up-charges! 10/10 would 100% recommend thank you Richard and Access Heating & Air

Less than 8 months after I had my new ac installed during the high Temps of summer it started to have issues. Called the company who installed it (and promised service within the 1st year) and they wanted me to wait 3 days for help. Unacceptable!!!! Called Access and they were here in under 3 hours. Friendly and prompt service plus it didn't break the bank!!! I won't use anyone else. Beyond grateful for such a wonderful company with impeccable service.
