I don’t often write reviews, but this company deserves to be recognized for their service. The owner was on my roof doing the inspection the same day I called. A personal matter had me putting the roof on hold, but they were understanding and supportive, and didn’t pressure me to get started before the snows fall. Once I did reconnect, they were at my house with the estimate and product samples, answering all of my questions. The work crew began within a couple of days, working sun up to sun down. They were real professionals, and kept the area surrounding my house debris free. There were daily visits and texts from the boss, making sure all was on schedule and to my liking. The roof job was huge ( 3 multi-family apartment buildings) , and they were in and out in a matter of days. The roof looks amazing. I chose this business because she is local and she is a woman who started her own business. She actually cares if you are happy with the work and works around your schedule. I always try to support new local businesses when I can because they don't get lost in the big company attitude. She explained everything before doing it and helped me fill out paper work. She's a hard working owner who is hands on in her own business. My roof came off one day and back on the next. It looks fantastic!!! Thank you Sheri!!
