They broke the header on front of house, took me a year to get it fixed. They supplied me with the header almost right away, I painted it and then waited until next summer before they sent someone out, it took 2 hours to replace damaged one. I recently noticed water running down my facia on both sides of my house. I called to see if someone could look at it and let me know if it was a problem. No one responded even though they had me send the videos twice, finally I was connected with a man who said the woman was fired, he said he would get someone to look at it later that week. I worked with Jeff Kelley on a bid for a roof replacement after an initial door-to-door screening from Harold. Jeff is very friendly, knowledgeable and clear when discussing the details of the product and what to expect. He was able to answer all my questions and ultimately set us up with an order. Price was within my expectations after applying a reduced rate for cash payment as opposed to financing. I’ll follow up after the roof is installed. So far, a great experience.
