I called RME after a recommendation by a friend. We thought that we had a major issue that could cost us thousands. Steve came and checked out our situation, did some research on our old (we thought obsolete) system, and got back with very good news. They were able to find the parts to get our problem fixed. The office was able to fit us in after the parts arrived. Paul and his apprentice came to the house and got our lights up and running. Plus, took care a few other minor issues we had been living with. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and passed on lots of information. We have found our “go to” electrical contractor. I chose RME off their reviews and seeing many people had success with their service. I had them come out to move an outlet, remove a switch and add under cabinet lighting. Kelly an Olin were professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Can’t recommend them enough. Will be using RME in the future. Paul came out to tackle a difficult and dangerous electrical repair I could not do myself. He was right on time and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the end result. 5 stars to Paul and RME!!
