I called YMC on a Saturday night around 9pm. It was 80 degrees in my home and climbing. Joel showed up within an hour and had our AC working within 30 minutes. My AC is over 30 years old and he didn't try selling me a new one, he just fixed what was wrong. I really appreciate that. No high pressure sales pitch, just a pleasant experience all around. Joel was very polite and, knowledgeable and even refused to take a tip from me. The fee for an after hours call in the middle of a heat wave was extremely reasonable. YMC Inc. is always there when I need them. We use them for all our water and HVAC needs because I can trust their quality products and service.
