Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Tim came by to do the work a few hours before the estimated wait time. That was wonderful since we were trying to use as little water as possible so as not to cause more damage. He unclogged the floor drain and checked the surrounding fixtures to assure that the blockage was removed. He cleaned up afterwards so no mess was left. I think Tim did a wonderful job. Absolutely apaulled!!! No accountability at all! A verbal bid of 3-5 thousand jumped to 16400. What a F’in joke. Plus they had the audacity to to charge over $594 for a simple drive/bid. Absolutely will not refer to anyone. These jokers need to take accountability for corrupt actions!! Service: Sewer repair

I was very impressed with Tim. He was very responsive to my issues, he actually listened to what my problem was. And what I had already tried. He evaluated the situation and came up with a plan of action and went right to work. He actually saved me $400! Very impressive! He was able to get my pipes cleared within an hour! The other guys were going to charge me $733 insisting my toilet had to be removed. Not impressed! I will use your company again and specifically ask for Tim! I was very happy with his service.
