Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This company (free of charge!!!) Came and rescued 7 baby ducks out of a storm drain at my office! They clearly go up and beyond the normal scope of work to help this community! Mama duck waited with her babies and is with them just behind the bush! I am so grateful to this company and will be recommending their services forever!!!!

Tony fixed my brother's drain issue, and so we decided to have him come out and look at a sewer issue that would show up after any time it rained a lot. The front yard would get flooded with backup, and it was gross. It took a day to dig up the pipes and find a tree root that was responsible for the damage to the sewer pipe going to the street. It's fixed, and Tony saved the day. His work ethic and cheerful attitude while doing such a dirty job was awesome! Highly recommend. Service: Sewer repair

Our second day in a rented house, the toilet and shower both backed up and waste water was coming up in the shower. We called Roto-Rooter and told them what happened, and they had someone out to us within 2 hours. They were professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. On his way to Home Depot to pick up a needed part, the plumber ran into car trouble and he couldn't return back at the stated time. The company called to update us and apologize, and dispatched someone else to finish the job. The second plumber was also professional and friendly, helped us clean up the shower after fixing the drain, and even gave us a discount because he felt bad that we were dealing with it as tenants. While I hope we won't need any more plumbing services while we're here, I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter! Service: Drain cleaning
