I originally had them come out to service my furnace and air-conditioning system of the home I recently bought that was only three years old. I had noticed I had problems with a couple of the vents in my house that produced no airflow and a few other issues. He crawled under the house and found out that I had a twisted and ripped corrugated duct tube that was leading to the two vents that I was having trouble with. He put in a service request for me and also did a great job in cleaning and testing my system and recommending what else I should do. Very professional, on time and great customer service.
