Nolan was great. Kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained each step. He also made some great recommendation to make my HVAC system run more efficiently and to save me money in the long run. He even threw in preventative steps on my AC unite to help give it more longevity. Because of Nolan I signed up for their annual preventative maintenance plan, which is something I typically never do. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s a marvel nerd ????. The company as a whole was spectacular to deal with. I called because my AC wasn’t working and they were out day and Nolan arrived earlier than the scheduled window. Having worked many years for an equipment install and repair company, I know what true customer service is and Greens Heating and AC is in a league of their own! Greens has been taking care of our HVAC needs for a couple of years and they do a FANTASTIC job! They will get right into a job and do everything they can to make it right. Kyle was an absolute wizard with our split system and he made sure it was perfect before leaving. All of the techs are very respectful of our home and time. Highly recommend Greens and we will be longtime customers!
