Technician Nolan Peterson did a great job analyzing, solving and explaining the problems with our 18 year old Air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable with good personality and people skills. After a weekend away, we came home on a Sunday afternoon to find that our A/C had failed and the temperature in the house was over 90 degrees. I called Greens, not expecting much help on a Sunday evening. Ken called me back within 15 minutes and was at my door within 30 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour of the initial phone call. His professionalism and responsiveness were second to none.. We will be doing more business with Greens!
