Jens was super professional and efficient. He came out for a diagnostic check, identified the problem quickly and was able to fix it all in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend J&D.
Today Kenny came out to do our routine A/C maintenance. We also had some questions which he addressed by educating us and giving us options. Kenny has done our maintenance for a while now. I appreciate the consistency of having the same tech. He is aware of our history with J & D which is helpful. Kenny is professional, knowledgeable and has good people skills. He's welcome anytime. Jens made it to the house in a fast time. Took only a little time to see what the problem was. Gave us some options on cost and went straight to work. He had a battle with the pressure tank but he won and now everything is top top. Very professional and polite. Explained the finances and everything he was doing. He was super nice to my daughter.
