One of the best service companies that I have used in a very long time. Their response time and overall customer service skills are top notch. I am now a permanent consumer with much appreciation for fixing my air conditioner. Service: HVAC system repair
Company did not show up. They said they called - but my phone was silenced. That was my fault I suppose. They said they showed up. They didn't. Home all morning - no tv or anything on! They said they might have had the wrong address. Said they could come later today... This will not fit my schedule.. Not impressed.
Dennis was amazing. I blew my transformer swapping thermostats. I needed it fixed ASAP. Dennis couldn’t get someone out to me so he instead had me send pictures and talked me through the repair myself. Sold me the replacement part and gave all the instructions to fix it.
