We had called out several providers in the area for quotes. The first one gave us a whole horse and pony show and wanted close to $15,000.00 to replace the AC, furnace and hot water in a 1,500 sqfoot townhome. The second company we had used before for maintenance but still was on the high end. I poseted in a neighborhood FB group about the quotes we had received to see what the average going rate was and people indicated that they were kind of high and recommended other companies. A few people recommended Bartlett so I started doing research and was blown away by the reviews and called them for a quote. Bartlett came out for the quote and didnt do a whole big show and was very reasonable in their price. We ended up going with a separate plumbing company for the water tank and we were telling him about the companies we had come out. Turns out this guy knows Vince and spoke very highly of Vince and the company... so we took that as a good sign and we decided to go with them. 2 weeks la
