Bartlett Roofing is great! I used them for replacing my asphalt shingles then did the gutters. Prices are competitive, service is fast, and they completely remove all debris. Haven’t found a stray nail in the yard or flower beds yet. I highly recommend them.
They competed a re-roof on my home about 8 years ago. At the time, very easy to work with and the workmanship, at least from the exterior, looked great. Fast forward to last week when I had a home inspection done for the pending sale of my home. The inspector uncovered a few areas of concern with the roof, including water damage on interior of the plywood under the chimney. I called Bill, explained the situation and asked him to come take a look. Of course, his response was (to paraphrase) the inspector doesn't know what he's talking about. To his credit, he (begrudgingly) did come out promptly, climbed on the roof and left a half hour later with no further communication. I left a text, a voicemail and at an email to inquire about his findings; I believe our attorney also contacted him. To date, almost one week later, Bill has ceased ALL communication. I called out another roofing company who came out, assessed the inspector's concerns and agree with the concerns of the inspectors
Bartlett Roofing is awesome!!! I used him a few years ago to cap my trip and install new gutters. His quote was very fair, so I did not hesitate to call when I had a leak in my roof this year. He was very honest with my quote and even did a quick repair to save me money for right now. I will definitely be using him when I need my roof replaced in a year!
