We have used Dan for various issues for several years. When the issue is minor & we can just make an appointment they really work to accommodate my schedule & Dan always shows up right on time. When it's an emergency they bend over backward to get the parts and get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Again, when they say they'll be there at a certain time, they are. His work is always done right the first time and as quickly as can be expected and he uses quality parts - ie: water heaters. Dan is a local business here in Bartlett which I am very comfortable supporting.
