Sam and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Sam was quick in getting back to me on every detail. Even thou it was obvious that his crew would not be able to work, due to the rain on the Saturday morning, Sam called to advise me that they would not be there. The crew was both knowledgeable and hard working and even showed up on Sunday morning to make up for the Saturday rain delay. Every step of the process with Sam and his crew was as it should be with contractors. Very unusual! Will and already have referred Expert Tuckpointing and Roofing to neighbors.
