I hired them for faucet leakage. They will charge by timining. The technician INTENTIONALLY delayed the work: 1. He took 35 mins to open the faucet. 2. in between..he told oh! this screw is not working...went back to the van..returned after 15 mins with a different screw or tool..tried to fix but could not..3. after fixing everything..he went back to the van again and returned after 20 mins..I repeat he INTENTIONALLY Delayed the work as they will charge by timing...they will count their commute time also...new faucet was placed, as it is new, it shoudl work nicely...so no complaints on the work..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I did not sign the bill USD594/-, i wanted to talk to the manager, who is not available on the same day, it is Friday...no one called me later on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, BUT they charged 612/- i saw it was deducted in my account...The timing is the issue for me, very unprofessional! I had a toilet that was backed up. I called them and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out in less than 90 minutes. They arrived promptly and had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. I have used them before and was happy with the results about another issue.
