Do not do business with CityWide! First, they are not licensed by the State of Illinois. They took a large prepayment from our condo association and never completed the job. Calls not answered and promises not kept. Criminals. Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I called them because my roof was leaking in heavy rain. Firstly, the job was delayed on their end supposed to be scheduled for September but they didn't end up staying until late November. Second, my roof still leaks because they didn't put drip edge on the edge of my roof which any roofer will tell you must be on every roof and which I specifically asked for and was promised. They repeatedly said they would come back and didn't. It is now almost a year later and they are ignoring my calls and now I have to sue them to finish my roof which is STILL LEAKING.

Worst experience working with this company.I worked with the owner Mr Archie).He repaired my flat roof less then a year it started to melt ) Very bad quality of work. He didn’t finish the work also as per the agreement.Very unprofessional.Never respond to your the call once the work is done with (5 years warranty in the agreement). Really frustrating working with them. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
