Lakeview Heating and Cooling

We've used Lakeview Heating and Cooling for the past couple years and we've been so happy with their work! They're always able to schedule appointments quickly and they're patient and professional with answering our questions. When we needed to replace our furnace, we called around and Lakeview not only responded right away, but they had the best price AND they were available immediately. First time and very impressed. I called the previous evening for an issue with my hot water heater. Got a callback to confirm the following morning and the tech arrived later that day, on time, fixed it, and at a very reasonable price.

I called to ask what type of work is done during their furnace check, and the girl that picked up couldn't give me a complete answer, probably because she didn't know. She was polite, nonetheless. I went ahead and made an appointment because their price is a tad cheaper and they were able to come soon. The guy that came to do the work wore shoes in my home. Ugh. His employer should have provided disposable shoe covers like many other businesses do. He was polite and did try to explain to me what he was doing so I appreciate that. However, when I asked about a noise furnace was making, I think he answered without really knowing what was causing it. He was in and out pretty quickly. Didn't do any vacuuming, but I don't know if I should have expected it because the phone girl didn't explain well. I know many other companies at least briefly cleans the furnace for you. Further, the invoice they later sent me said he checked the humidifier. Um, I'm pretty sure I don't have a humidifier. Thi
