They let us know a few days ahead before the project started and their crew came did a flawless job on replacing roof. We are very happy how it turn out. We've used Spandikow & Sons for jobs both big and small. They replaced our roof about 12 years ago and fixed the ventilation problem in our attic crawspace. The cost was competitive, the work was completed quickly, the workmanship excellent, and cleanup thorough. More recently, they repaired the crumbling mortar and top on both our fireplace and utility chimney, and again we were happy with the quality of work. Recommended.
