I had my kitchen remodeled as well as a few other minor updates in my house. Kristian & his crew were fantastic! They were here working every time they said they would be. They are efficient, courteous & always left my house cleaned & tidied up at the end of each work day. I couldn't be happier with the way my kitchen turned out!!! I used Black Tie to install a new jacuzzi tub, tile surround, and install flooring. I was very happy with the entire process. Kristian immediately returned my call when I called for an estimate and was out the next day to provide the estimate. I called three other contractors and Kristian was the only one who returned my call. The work they did was high quality and completed in a timely manner. Absolutely awesome! Black Tie Remodeling refinished wood flooring in a 100 year old home that I just purchased. From start to finish, Kristian and his team were the ultimate in professionalism...they concluded the work exactly as bid, they were always on time, and they were all very friendly and wanted to ensure that the end result met my expectations.
