Rob was able to send his team on the day I called as they were in the area. I appreciated him and his team's flexibility to fit me in so quickly. The team itself consisted of three very courteous young men. Their parents should be proud! Devin, Nick, and Nick were great! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the entire process, showed pictures of the before and after, and cleaned up after they finished. They even tried to trouble shoot a water line issue with the fridge. When I first initially called. I spoke to the owner.. He told me a $140 at starting and $20 per vent. I let him know that I was out of town and I should be back by day of the appointment. We never set up an exact time because he told me he had a dentist appointment and he will call and let me know. He never did call. When date of the appointment, I canceled because I was never told the time and I had things to do so I text him 7 o'clock in the morning He called me very angry and told me, '.How dare I cancel a hour before I was scheduled"?

I heard good things about these guys, and I'm very glad I called them to clean my air ducts. They were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained everything to me very concisely and with great knowledge of their trade. My home was kept clean, and the guys even moved my furniture back for me. In about an hour, they were done. After they finished, they showed me all the junk they removed from my vents, and I know that my lungs will be grateful. I will be calling them again if I ever require any of the many services they provide.
