We had Freed install a new furnace and AC unit in March '21, and they did a great job! It started with a consultation call to discuss exactly what we needed. On the day of the installation, the workers showed up on time, they placed mats down so our carpet didn't get dirty, they explained how long the project would last, and they stayed true to their word. One of the workers even went above and beyond by helping us resolve a water heater issue. The project ended with a follow up call to ensure we were satisfied.
