when I called for service for my air conditioner. I spoke with a very nice woman. Within the hour Jeff a technician was at my door. He took about 2o minutes to figure out the problem We chose not to put over $600 into a 25 yr old AC. He set up appt for next day to have salesman come. Hector was very prompt, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. By the next day the install was done by another Jeff. Very nice people, very professional. I would like to thank King Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for their excellent service, on August 21, 2023 I contacted them to get a quote after getting 3 other quotes. They came in around 3pm for the quote and after I agreed to the terms they came in the next morning and installed the AC and furnace. The technicians were on time and very professional and worked cleanly. The salesman who gave the estimate was very frank but not pushy. I am glad the technicians installed everything correctly because the next couple days we had 100+ degrees heat. I thank everyone at King for their service and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their type of services. Besides that they had the brand that I was looking for. Skokie Valley/King has been so helpful and has done a great service at our house over the years. They are always on time and take their time to check for any issues and explain clearly what is happening. They are always honest and recommend what would be best for my family, not what would be best for the company’s interest (which I’ve experienced with other companies in the past). We recently had our a/c break during a heatwave, and they arrived promptly and fixed the issue immediately. I highly recommend them!
