We were happy with the scheduling and response to our original phone call. Jeff was very informative and thorough. We would love to have him return for future visits. Unfortunately our A/C tune up/safety check wasn’t able to be completed during this appointment. Hopefully we will be able to update our review when the service is completed.

Dan & Matt spent nearly 10 hours removing our old AC & furnace and installing updated equipment. Dan worked alone for several hours before being joined by Matt. They were very respectful of our home and their work was thorough & careful. The new equipment is smaller, quieter, and works far more efficiently. Ross Wolf, who came out to assess our needs and provide us with a quote, was a pleasure to deal with, responsive to our questions, and quickly scheduled our install. when I called for service for my air conditioner. I spoke with a very nice woman. Within the hour Jeff a technician was at my door. He took about 2o minutes to figure out the problem We chose not to put over $600 into a 25 yr old AC. He set up appt for next day to have salesman come. Hector was very prompt, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. By the next day the install was done by another Jeff. Very nice people, very professional.
