I needed a new sump pump and so I called Aleck Plumbing. This business is about a mile from my home so I felt secure and comfortable doing business with an established company located in the community. Service Technician Shawn (Plumber) arrived within the appointed time slot (11am-1pm). He was courteous,respectful,and clean. Shawn explained to me what I needed (sump pump) and the cost which included everything including hauling away the old pump,installation of a new pump,and including a new cover for the pump (after almost 20 years). Also, Shawn cleaned the area upon completing the job. He didn’t leave a mess. I am very pleased with Shawn’s work and professionalism. The price was fair, reasonable and comparable with competitors. I stepped into my utility room to find backflow from my septic area, and called two places who did not want to stop by on a Friday to help.
