I called Air Dynamics for a second opinion because we couldn’t figure out what was causing our basement carpet to be wet. Our regular AC guy said it had nothing to do with the air conditioner however Tim came out, found that it was indeed the air conditioner, showed me pictures, explained the problem thoroughly so I understood and provided me realistic options. He even checked my sideboards for mold which I didn’t even ask him to do but was something I was secretly very concerned about. He went above and beyond and I will be using Air Dynamic forever now.
