Carmody Construction - Naperville & Oswego Contractor

New to Illinois, we were pleased with our interactions with Carmody Construction on remodeling our home. The quality of their carpenter's work, Jim, is outstanding and all of their employees are great to work with. Where I feel they could improve their services is providing better project management and clean up services. During most of the project I was having to communicate to multiple people the same information about punch list items that needed to be taken care of and I ended up having to get my own cleaners to come and clean the space before carpet was to be laid. With that said, very minor issues and would recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling.

Could have not been more pleased with the work, the people, the communication that came from Carmody. The project consisted of new doors, painting brick on one side of house, new roof, new siding. From start to finish it took 8 days, and it completely transformed the way our house looks on the outside. I highly recommend Carmody!!

Have to share our experience with Carmody Construction, and Alex Lafountain in particular. Our house suffered hail damage while we were away for the winter. Our insurance agent recommended Carmody, and Alex was on top of it from the very beginning. His communication was awesome, often 4-5 times per day. He handled all of the insurance appointments and communication. Everything was set up and ready to proceed by the time we got home. The work went without a hitch. Follow up was great, and the job went perfectly. Thanks Carmody, and thanks Alex!
