Chris came to my home in March in response to my inquiry for a new sliding glass door. He explained everything regarding installation, expected time, two options for manufacturers, etc. He then followed through each of two days of the installer's progress. He had assured me he'd be involved. Ryan, the installation professional also did a good job on an unusual install. I would use Cronkite again for other jobs needing done.

We have been trying to get a bathroom window replaced. I understand that the order takes time but when my wife calls to check we never get a straight answer. Nobody calls back. I had four new more efficient windows installed. Heat shield was installed in the attic and in basement windows. I had some concerns about the installation and called Mr. Cronkite. He came out and inspected the work and addresses all of my questions. He sent the technicians back to correct a few things with the Heat shield. I was satisfied with the quick response and the correction. The techs were polite, personable and cleaned up after themselves. Service: Window installation
