My wife and I were having trouble with a newly installed shower; when it was on full hot, the water was lukewarm at best. Adam came over and he was able to tweak the valve enough to get the temperature to an acceptable level. Several weeks later, it appeared that our daughter's condo was suffering from the same situation. Again, Adam was able to adjust the temperature on a water heater that was almost inaccessible behind a water softener and tweak the valve in the shower. It was a tremendous relief to be able to have hot water available for my daughters and for us. I would use Reading & Son in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone seeking a quality plumber.
