Josh came out on one of the hottest days of the year (also a Saturday.....also at 7 pm) and got our AC fixed. More than fair pricing and extremely friendly and professional. Absolutely thrilled.

Amazing! Fair pricing! Commitment to helping customers! Knowledgeable and thorough!! I called him around 8pm for AC issues on record hot days and this man made it a point to get to me ASAP. I needed work done as soon as he could and he had 2 other service calls to do before me and he double checked to make sure the time worked for me and showed up late at night to ensure I was taken care of. Very fair on price too, considering the commitment he showed and his drive to help me out. I rarely write reviews but this guy deserves it!

Wow! Our 25+ year old air conditioner died the first time we turned it on in June. Doug Griffin not only was our lowest bid, but fit us into his schedule quickly, and showed up when he promised. A really well spoken, kind man who did an excellent job replacing our air conditioner. Also great follow through on an issue that needed a bit more attention. Highly recommend.
