My experience with Arnold & Sons was absolutely phenomenal. I had a gas leak and Ameren wasn’t able to resolve the pipe leak issue, so my gas was cut off right when a storm came through and chilled everything off and I was without heat. Arnold & Sons came to the rescue and were quick to respond! I was referred to them through family and my initial contact was with Jamie! She was very pleasant, understanding and caring. She was empathetic to my situation and put me on their cancellation list to have an appraisal. As luck would have it, they were able to stop by that same day! I met Branson Whitman, who was a pleasure to meet. He was on-time, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and professional but also very friendly! While Branson was there, I mentioned a separate issue that I was having with one of my toilets and its turnoff valve. We've had Arnold & Sons over to our house a few times, and they've been great every time. The people we've met are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They've been able to figure out what are problems are and address them. They did some bigger work for our whole-house water system including installing a water softener and filter and changing out our hot water heater.
