Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain

I used to love working with Arnold and Sons, but not anymore. I called on Thursday and they set an appointment for repairs for Monday giving me a two hour window that it would be done in. The two technicians show up at the time designated but instead of a repair man they were inspectors/sales persons which I did not know that as they did not say so. I showed them what I wanted done, the lead technician said he needed a few minutes to write up the estimate. When he finally gets back with me he states he went through my home while I was working looking for problems and gave me four options ranging from $939 to$5800 to choose from. I told him I only wanted the two pipes repaired. He kept trying to get me to choose a higher package. Once he got it through his head that I wasn't going to budge he says he has to call the office to get the repairs scheduled. So another two time slot was scheduled for later that day and another three technicians showed up and did the repairs quickly. W

We've had Arnold & Sons over to our house a few times, and they've been great every time. The people we've met are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They've been able to figure out what are problems are and address them. They did some bigger work for our whole-house water system including installing a water softener and filter and changing out our hot water heater. We're very happy with their work and plan on using them again when we need plumbing help. Services: Water heater installation, Drain cleaning, Faucet repair

The technicians, Robert and JM, were extremely nice, communicated everything and made sure I understood before starting the work. They showed special attention to being clean as they had to go through a bedroom and we have several pets in our home so I felt as if they respected my home and my family and pets. As always with Arnold and Sons it was done well and done right and worth what you pay.
