I normally never write bad reviews, but you will understand after you read this. My hot water heater was installed on 12/31/2022 and inspected by the city on 8/16/2023. It failed inspection. I called DRF and they sent a plumber out to fix it, but the plumber wanted over $200 to fix. I was assured by the DRF customer service team that there should be no cost to bring my hot water heater up to code. Today, it's 9/10/2023, almost a month later and after repeated calls and emails to DRF, the management team still hasn't called me and they haven't resolved it. I would never recommend them.

Andy and Jesus did an amazing job, it was really quick and professional. They did a careful assessment of our boiler room, performed the installation of a new water tank and kept everything clean and tidy. Super friendly team. Clayton did an EXCELLENT job! He removed and installed the water heater on his own. He was respectful of my property and my neighbor’s. He followed the installation with a clear explanation of the features on the new water heater and other upgrades that were made.
