Falcon Heating And Air Company came out to install my furnace last month. They were on time and very thorough. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Their priority was my family's heating and being safe/comfortable. They cleaned up after the installation and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service. Great customer service. Frank came to our place doing the semi-annual tune up. Very nice and professional. I had other guys from a different company trying to push me to install this and that. Frank didn’t do that. No pressure at all. He checked the air quality, replaced the filter, and make sure the compressor is working. We are ready for the summer!
