The plumber they sent, Mickey, was extremely helpful and stayed late to finish the job, which I was very thankful for. He took his time in explaining everything and was very professional. I was please with the way Tritan Plumbing took time to explain why my toilet was doing what was doing and how the repair would change the outcome. Mickey was my service plumber and he ensured me that the problem was resolved. He unclogged the toilet and repaired the inside of the tank. I had triton come out for a broken toilet on July 29, 2023. I said there is no rush, I have other toilets in the home. They came by in the evening and rebuilt my toilet. It cost me $560, and it seemed pretty steep to me, but the job was done, and I could use that toilet again. Plus, when I asked why so expensive, this was not an emergency job, the plumber said...it's a flat fee for a rebuild. Week or so later my toilet started leaking and I called them up. They had said they would come and look at it. It is August 17th, 2023, and I am still waiting for a return call. I have left several messages on the number here on google, on their fb page on yelp. Then I looked at the reviews on Yelp and now realized why they were not calling me back. There is a 4.6 review on google, but a 1.5 review on Yelp. Who are the people reviewing this company??
