I was having an issue with water leaking from my shower head. Charlie was out to my house within a couple of hours and was able to quickly and professionally fix the problem. I will be using TMZ for all my plumbing issues from now on!
Called in the morning asked for a price for the repair. Gave me an estimate instantly as long as no other work needed. Was a very fair price. Showed up right on time. Finished the work quickly and the representative who came out to complete repair was kind and courteous. Best experience with a plumbing service so far. Did work for my residence. Excellent service. Our ejector pump failed in a finished basement. It was a very stressful time. Charlie was very professional. They came the same day and catered the time to my work schedule. I have already scheduled them to do additional work around the house.
