Joel was great! Called late in the evening and he came to the house quickly as our heat was not working. He ran back to his shop and grabbed the part he had in stock and installed same night! I have had the pleasure of having Joel address all of my heating & cooling needs for the past few years. On Monday, May 16th, Joel replaced my failed 17 year old air conditioner with a bigger..more powerful…super modern model !! I am "blown away" by how much cooler my townhome is now as a result of the newly installed air conditioner !!! The previous air conditioner was ok for the 1st floor, but I barely felt any coolness on the 2nd level !! This new air conditioner certainly remedied that problem !! I am one happy individual now !!!
