We have a large scullery sink at my factory that was constantly backing up and I had reached out to a neighboring plumbing company that I will not name, but lets say they are not 3 seasons. They came back with an astronomical quote, so I started looking for a second bid on the job and came across Best Price Sewer and Plumbing. The service tech came up with a practical solution that allows us to easily repair ourselves for a fraction of the other bid! Highly recommend these guys! They came fast. However their job is not guarantee... and they do NOT have the best prices... We asked for a camara to be use so we can see the problem, they told us they need to try to fix it first and if it does not work they will use the camera.. The guy sent did not spend enough time cleaning the pipes and his equipment was not big enough to clean them properly since they got clogged 2 days later. We called the same plummer and he told us we need to pay half the price in order for him to come rod the pipes again. We asked to bring the camera and he said his camera was broken but we can rent it from other place. Overall we were NOT happy with this service. We called a different company (Southtown Plumbing & Sewer Inc) who charged us the same amount for rodding the pipes and using the camera and they also gave us a 30 day guarantee on the job. If pipes clog again they'll come fix it for free.
