I was very dissappointed with the customer service I received through Leaf Electric. After reading many positive reviews on line, I called this company to schedule repair of a ceiling light fixture. To my surprise, they agreed to send someone out to evaluate my problem the same day between 12 noon and 3 pm. I rearranged my schedule to stay home and be available. No one ever showed up, nor did I receive the courtesy of a phone call, text, or email to explain why they didn't show up, or attempt to reschedule. No one has contacted me this week to follow up. While I understand that appointments may be delayed for valid reasons, I expect the professional courtesy of good communication. With other companies to choose from, I would not recommend this company due to very poor customer service. Service: Light fixture repair
Steve did a GOOD job installing the hookup for our generator. He was efficient and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the process for connecting/disconnecting the generator and made sure we felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Leaf Electrical Co.. Thank you!!
Nathan installed 4 motion sensor floodlights, including one Ring Camera floodlight. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! He stayed later to do other electrical work on our house to make it easier for us. I recommend them fully.
