So I had the pleasure of working with them to do the electrical inspection and everything was good. So we schedule with them to come out to do the repair and not told that when they come out they need 50% up front. I got the call the day before telling me that they were gonna cancel the appointment because they have not received 50% payment I advise the customer service which person name was Mya that we do have check and it’s a whole amount not 50% of upfront cost and that we were going to pay the whole check when the services was complete she said OK and I sent her an email showing the cashiers check to their company the appointment was scheduled and we was ready to go. Now we here today when they came out and the first thing They asked was the 50% upfront advise person that was doing the work that we had the whole check and I had already spoke with Mya and it was OK for them to do the work and then I will give the whole check with services were complete.
