We were extremely pleased with our service from Star Heating and Cooling LLC. We were in need of a whole new system, as well as wanting to move our AC unit location, and they handled every step of it. This highly trained, friendly, professional staff was such a pleasure to work with. Bryan Conway was our salesman and he was nice, knowledgable and super easy to work with. He gave us several options, happily answered all questions we had, and didn't pressure us to spend more money than we were comfortable with. Sarah Wallace made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She coordinated getting an electrician add electric in the new AC location, made sure our house was cool when our AC unexpectedly stopped working, before the new one was installed, was alway quick to respond and communicate with us. The gentleman that came out from Star Heating and Cooling for my spring cleaning was on time and professional. I signed up for their maintenance plan while he was here. The pricing on the maintenance plan is really good. A few days later I had a service call and the gentlemen that came out were on time and also very professional. Star Heating & Cooling has outstanding service and helped restore A/C to our home when we discovered the system stopped working properly. Jeff Rich was our technician and he came in, found the issue within the first 15 minutes, and provided some other great recommendations to assist with making our home more HVAC efficient.
