Matt (and helper) were AMAZING. I just bought a new house and when I was moving in I noticed my AC wasn't working. I called Star and they came to my house, noticed my furnace was illegally hooked up. They installed a new furnace, completed the installation of the AC unit (which was not complete either) and were done in like 6 hours. They were polite, explained everything they were doing, explained everything that was wrong with my old system and even swept up after they were done. Because of their communication I was even able to contact the company that did the inspection and get reimbursed partially. I definitely recommend Star they are ROCKSTARS!!!
