I’ve had a an issue with my AC for a long time now and every time it got checked out I was told it was running normally. Jake spent a lot of his time and effort trying to get to the bottom of it and eventually did. My appt was scheduled for a week later to replace the part and he took time out to get it done long before that. Also, the scheduling and process to get this taken care of was very quick and I felt they took my situation personally and did everything they could to fix the issue for me.
