Nick was great today! He did a thorough job checking up on our HVAC system for its yearly maintenance. He was super personable! I wish Peterman set appointment times instead of the flex scheduling though. It’s super hard to predict when I can be on call to come home with a 15 minute notice and then be there for the hour long the appointment! Makes for a lot of rescheduling on both ends I’d imagine. We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced 10 days ago. The install was completed very quickly, I was impressed. Today Dalton came out as we were not able to program our thermostat on a daily/hourly basis. Dalton was able to quickly assess and explain what needed to be done to achieve the functionality we desired. He seemed very knowledgeable and personable. He's definitely an asset to the Peterman Brothers business. Services: Install AC, Heating system installation
