We're very happy with the work Affordable Construction did to give us a new roof on our house and detached garage. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even though they had extra work when they removed the old garage roof and found rotted wood. One man came the next day to finish up. The cost was a little more than quoted because of the extra work, but it was still reasonable.

I had a very good experience with Affordable Construction. Nick responded to my quote request the same day and set up an appointment to come out to look at the project the next day. Affordable Construction gave me a good price and was able to schedule the project around my schedule. I have a large roof but the team was able to to take off the old roof and install the new roof within a day. The quality of the work was great and I watched the entire project and I am glad to report that all aspects of the job were completed as quoted.
