Maintenance management has been servicing XPO Logistics for a few years. The office staff are friendly and get the service techs out quickly. Tom is our usual tech, he is awesome! He always has a great attitude and takes care of our issues correctly and promptly. I would recommend MM to anyone in need of their services.
I have had the pleasure to work with Maintenance Management before we moved locations and we were very pleased with the work that they did for us. Erik Schafer was assigned to our building for 1/2 day and was really great to work with. Erik was always willing to go above and beyond to take care of things we needed or to help out on projects as needed as his management approved. He was always willing to get approval to stay with us the whole day to get things done as needed. We wish we could have hired him directly. ;-)
I have worked very closely with Erik Schaefer for many years. He is friendly, positive, proactive, thorough and gets the job done effectively every time! When I was in charge of a large teleconference meeting, he was knowledgeable about the multi media and helped me run the meeting. He proactively takes charge of projects and accomplishes them efficiency. He’s a pleasure to work with!
