Had all of our windows installed and back patio door replaced. Great communication throughout the whole process. Back patio door had some issues and they came and replaced the part free of charge. Would for sure use again in the future.
They did a great job on our gutters. Initially, there was a mess up with our financing but when it was brought to their attention they corrected it immediately. I would recommend them for others and will likely use them again for future home improvements.
Sales rep was on time (Andy). It was time for a new roof for us, our house is 25 years old. We decided on a class 4 roof (good for up to 130 mph winds). After the sale, I was expecting the work to be done in 4 weeks from the sale. A couple weeks went by and we got a call saying the crew will be there at 7am the next day. Wow, what a crew. doorbell rang at 7am, roof was off by 8am. I know I didn't have to, but I stopped work around 10:30AM and fed the crew. The new roof was on and the yard cleaned up by 3:30PM. A well oiled machine, that crew was! keep up the good work, and don't lose that crew.
