Update: On 8/17/23 Old Fort Roofing repaired a section of the roof, installed new skylights and a new roof on my house. After storm damage to my roof, I had a company that worked with my insurance and after numerous attempts to try and get my roof covered completely, I kinda gave up. My insurance would only cover half of my roof but there were numerous shingles being replaced all over. I had another company that said they could get it all covered but failed as well. I put it on the back burner for honestly half a year. Shannon happened to stop by one day and asked if he could try and sent an estimate to my insurance. I literally didn’t think he could do any more than anyone else had. Boy was I wrong! He got my roof fully covered and once it was approved, it was done the following week. Awful company! Do NOT use them! We had a roof installed in 2014 and ever since then have been having nothing but issues. Every time I reach out to the company my emails my calls nothing is returned unless I threaten legal action. They will then come out throw a little bit of tar down on the roof and say they fixed everything when clearly nothing has been fixed. The damage to the interior of my home is steadily getting worse and I am at a point where I'm going to have to completely remodel my entire house because of their lack of attention to detail. For a company that offers 30-year warranties I find this to be a little ridiculous. At this point I am close to calling a separate roofing company and having them come out and redo my roof and send old fort roofing the bill. Not only was my roof not correctly done but my yard was completely torn up as well. I am still finding nails in my yard and we're not going to talk about the damage to my gutters.
