The Roto-Rooter tech Phil was great. Right on time, was very neat and tidy with his work and didn't waste any time with the job. Phil was detailed I explaining what had happened and how he remedied the issue which was great and didn't leave me wondering what happened. The only issue I had was that not all of their techs have the remote cameras for going down the pipes and viewing the issue, in our case tree roots. I called dispatch,like Phil said , twice and both times they said as soon as one was free they would send them. It's been a couple of weeks and still no camera tech, which is included in the cost of the service. Service: Sewer cleaning
Jeff and Bob were great, very professional and wonderful to work with. Clearly explained the issue and showed us what was going on on the camera. They double checked everything and made sure everything was good to go before heading out. Service: Sewer cleaning
