I asked Winters to find the source of a leak and fix it. They sent Donny, who clearly explained right away what he needed to do and how much it would cost. He was quick to figure out the problem, and did an excellent job repairing it. I have had a mixed experiences with the larger companies in terms of quality of service. WINTERS PLUMBING IS AWESOME!!! When they understood that I had an 88 year old woman and a 4 year old in this house and that I really needed a working bathroom we made the earliest appointment possible and they were here right on time! Setting the appointment was easy! Miss Brittany is kind and helpful and hopefully well paid because she kept me calm and understood I was upset at the aspect of a possible long wait to get plumbing done, but this was not the case! They were here early the next morning and we had plumbing within a very short time. We had also had a problem under the sink and they saw immediately what was wrong and how the dishwasher being connected incorrectly had ruined our kitchen floor.
